If I had .10ISK for every time I heard a rant like this, I'd have a monocle by now.

Tick tock. Tick tock.
Time is running down.
I'd like to see proof Ms. Neferis. Independent, objective proof that you've done the deed. Of course, wantonly murdering innocent slaves is just as distasteful in the Empire as it is to Matari hotheads. ItĘs waste of good resources, if nothing else.
Are you sure you wouldn't be happier spending your ISK on a monocle? Never mind, they've become too trendy anyway.
Being Sani Sabik is reason enough in the Empire, but mass murder always helps garner additional hatred.
I view this as a win-win. Either a Matari rebel gets her comeuppance or a heretic adds to the already extensive price on her head which will eventually lead to her demise.

Answered you in the other thread. Go and take a look so you dont commit the same mistake. And yes it's always a win win situation between me and myself.
PS: I wouldn't pay 1 isk on that terrible bad looking thing. God heaven's your heresy!

Yes, we seem to be split in our conversation.
And yes, I know...dreadful looking things. I prefer my bright blue optical implants. Old-school, yet classic. I'm glad the monocle fad is over.

Captain Makari,
As you well know, I have some respect for you. However, the question above is impossible to answer correctly because it is entirely relative. There are any number of reasons why people will treat an individual, group of people or an entire species with disdain or hostility and those doing so may not all have the same reasons for it.
People could detest the Amarr for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:
The acceptance of slavery The practice of slavery (whether it be simply the principle of slavery or the fact that entire generations are enslaved) Religion Religious zealotry Aggressive defense of ideals and ideology The outspoken belief of supremacy over other beings Arrogance
I would add one other thing to that list.
Greed.
Not the greed of the Amarr people, but the greed of others who look at what the Empire has been able to build and achieve for several thousand years. People want a piece of the pie.
Not all, not in every instance. But I beleive it is a factor.

Agreed......if you haven't noticed quite a few ammatar left to go back to being Nefantar since the Elder fleet came through. Granted most seem to be having trouble fitting back in to the Republic and are hanging out with Thukker tribe along with a large portion of the Starkmanir. And yes there are problems with people going against them and causing problems on a variety of planets. I however support them both. The Nefantar did their duty, they protected the Starkmanir from extinction. If anything I would enjoy seeing them both go back into the government and lead. It has been far too long.
That's an interesting idea.
Do you belive the tribes who currently run the Republic would be willing to share power with the Starkmanir, Nefanter and Thukkers?
